Umrah ek azeem aur bade Ajr waali
ibaadat hai jis ka koi waqt muta'ayyan nahi hai,Saal mein kisi bhi waqt ada kar
satke hain, lehaza jis mard ya aurat ko Allah ne Umrah karne ki taaqat-wa-sahoolat
di hai, usay Makkah pahunch kar Umrah ki sa'aadat haasil karna chahiye.Go,keh Umrah ke hukm ke baare mein ikhtilaaf hai keh,
ye waajib hai keh nahi, lekin sahih yahi maloom hota hai keh Hajj ki tarah Umrah
bhi zindagi mein ek baar istita'at rakhnay walay mard aur istita'at rakhnay
waali aurat par waajib hai.
Umrah ka Tariqa bahut aasaan hai,
phir bhi log jehaalat ki wajah se Umrah ki adaa’egi mein bahut ghalatiyan karte
hain, is liye mein aasaan tariqe se Umrah ka Masnoon Tareeqa bayan karta hun,
sath hi Ahkaam-wa-Masail ke sath awaam ki ghaltiaun par bhi tanbeeh karoon ga.
Umrah ki adaa’egi mein mahaz
chaar kaam hain,Pahla kaam: Meeqaat se Ehraam baandhna, Doosra kaam: Makkah pahunch
kar Kaa'ba ka saat chakkar tawaf karna ( sath mein dogana Namazw Tawaf padna ),
Teesra kaam: Safa-wa-Marwah ki saat chakkar sa'ee karna aur Chauntha wa aakhri
kaam: sar ka baal kaatna.
In chaar kaamaun ke Ahkaam
jaan'ne se qab’l Umrah ke Arkaan,Wajibaat aur Sunan ko janna zaroori hai,
taakeh is baat ka yaqeen kia ja sake keh, aap ne waqa’i Sunnat ke mutabiq Umrah
kia hai.
Is mein nah koi Ruk’n chhoota,
nah koi Wajib tark kia aur Sunnat chhoot jaane se Umrah ki sehat par asar nahi
parta, phir bhi Sunnat ko beghair uz’r ke nahi chhorna chahiye.
Umrah ke teen Arkaan hain
( 1 ) Ehraam bandhna
( 2 ) Tawaaf karna
( 3 ) Sa'ee karna
Umrah ke do Waajibat hain
( 1 ) Meeqaat se Ehraam baandhna
( Ahl-e-Makkah hodood-e-haram se
bahar nikal kar Ehraam bandhain ge aur Meeqaat ke andar waale maslan Jeddah
waale apni rihaa’esh se Ehraam bandhain ge )
( 2 ) Mardaun ke haq mein baal
mundwana ya poore sar se baal chhota karwana aur aurtaun ke haq mein ungli ke ek
por barabar baal kaatna.
Umrah ki Sunnatain mota’addid
hain
Arkaan aur Waajibat ke ilawah jo
bhi Aamaal-e-Umrah hain, woh Sunnat mein daakhil hain, jaise Ehraam ke waqt
ghus'l karna ( aurat-wa-mard, sab ke liye hatta keh Haa’iza-wa-nofasa
ke haq mein bhi ),Jism mein khushbu lagana, Ehraam ka libaas safaid pahanna (
mardon ke liye ), Ehraam bandh kar talbiyah pukarna ,
Tawaaf mein iz’teba( daayan
kandha khula ) karna, Tawaaf ke pahle teen chakraun mein Ramal ( tez tez chalna
) karna,Ruk’ne Yamani ka Istelaam karna, Hajr-e-Aswad ka bosa ya Ishaara ya Istelaam
karna,Sa'ee mein mardaun ka hari batti ke darmiyan dorna,Douran-e-Umrah Tawaf-wa-sa'ee
mein zik’r aur Dua mein mashgool rahna, bataur-e-khaas Ruk’ne Yamani aur Hajr-e-Aswed
ke darmiyan
" ربنا آتنا. .. .. .. الخ" padna aur Safa-wa-Marwah
par Dua karna, waghairah.
Tark Aamaal-e-Umrah se mota’alliq
Ahkaam
*Agar kisi ne Umrah mein koi Ruk’n
chhor diya, to us ka Umrah nahi ho ga.
*Agar kisi ne Umrah mein koi Waajib
chhor diya to Dam dene se Umrah sahih ho jaye ga.
*Aur koi koi Sunnat chhoot jaaye
to Umrah sahih hai, phir bhi koshish yeh ho keh mokammal Sunnat ke motaabiq Umrah
karain.
Mamnu'aat-e-Ehraam
Haalat-e-Ehraam mein das kaam
mamnu hain, jinhain Mahzuraat-e-Ehraam kaha jaata hai.
( 1 ) Baal kaatna
(2) Nakhun Katna
( 3 ) Mard ka sila huwa kapra pahanna
( 4 Khushboo lagaana
( 5 )Mard ka sar dhaanpna
( 6 ) Aurat ke liye dastaana aur burqa-wa-naqaab
lagaana ( mana Hai, taham ajnabi mardaun
se dopatta ke zaria apne haath-wa-chehra ka parda kere gi )
( 7 ) Biwi ko shahwat se chimatna
( 8 ) Aqade Nikah karna
( 9 ) Jemaa karna
( 10 ) Aur shikaar karna
Irtekaabe Mamnu'aat ka huk’m
Ek se le kar saat Mamnu'aat ka
huk’m yeh hai keh jo laa Ilmi ( anjaane ) mein un saat Mamnu'aat mein se kisi
ka bhi irtekaab kar le to, us par kuchh bhi nahi hai, lekin agar ama’dan ( jaan
boojh kar ) kisi ka irtekaab kya to Fidya dena ho ga. Fidya mein yaa to teen Rozah
rakhna hai, yaa Makkah mein ek Zabiha dena hai ya chhe(6) Miskeenaun ko khaana
khilaana hoga.
Aqade Nikah mein koi Fidiya nahi
hai, lekin dauraan-e-Umrah yani Ehram ki haalat mein jemaa karne se Umrah faasid
ho jata hai,Wah filhaal apna Umrah mokammal kare ga, baad mein us Umrah ki Qaza
kare ga aur ek Bakri zabah kare ga. Shikaar karne ki soorat mein usi ke mis’l
jaanwar zabah karna hoga.
Manasike Umrah ka tariqa
Ab aap ke saamne Umrah ka tariqa
bayaan karte hain. Aap ko mukhtasaran yeh maloom ho gaya hai, keh Umrah chaar(4)
kaamaun par mushtamil hai, Ehraam, Tawaaf, Sa'ee aur Halaq ya Qasr. In chaar
kaamaun ko yani Umrah ke tariqa ko tafseelan neeche bayaan kiya jaata hai.
Umrah ka pahla kaam : Meeqaat se Ehraam
baandhna
Pahle Ehraam samajh lain, phir Meeqaat
se Ehraam baandhne ka tariqa jaanain.
Ehraam kahte hain, Hajj yaa Umrah
ki Niyyat karna, jaise koi Meeqaat par ghus’l kar ke Ehraam ki chaadar laga kar
apni zabaan se kahe " لبیك عمرة ".
Yeh alfaaz kahte hi Ehraam mein
daakhil ho jaaye ga aur wah Mohrim kahlaaye ga aur Ehraam ki Mamnu'aat se parhez
kare ga.
Meeqaat se Ehraam baandhne ka tariqa
yeh hai, keh Rasoolullah ﷺ ne duniya bhar se Hajj-wa-Umrah ke waaste aanay waalaun ke liye
Makkah ke chaaron taraf paanch(5) Meeqaat mota'ayyan farmai hai. Hajj ya Umrah
karne waala un Meeqaat mein se jo us ke liye qareeb Meqaat hai wahan se Ehraam
baandhe ga.
Un paanchaun Meeqaat ki tafseel aap ke saamne
bayaan karta hoon.
( 1 ) Yalam’lam:
yeh India , Pakistan , China, Yemen
aur un logaun ke liye hai, jo is raaste se guzre, yeh jeddah se kuchh faasle
par waqe hai.
( 2 ) Zul-holaifa:
Yeh Madinah se taqriban no kilo meter ke
qareeb hai aur yeh Ahl-e-Madinah aur us raaste se guzarne waalon ki Meeqaat
hai. Madinah se Makkah ke liye train bhi aati hai, Ehraam bandh kar train se
bhi Makkah aa sakte hain, kiyaunki Meeqaat qareeb hai.
( 3 ) Zaate Er’q :
Yeh Iraq aur us janib se aane
waalon ki Meeqaat hai.
( 4 ) Johfah(
Raabigh ):
Yeh Shaam(Syria), Mis’r(Egypt)
aur Diyaar-e-Maghrib waalaun ki Meeqaat hai.
( 5 ) Qar’n Al-Manaazil ( Al-Sail Al-Kabeer):
Yeh Taif mein waqe hai aur yeh Ahl-e-Naj’d
aur us jaanib se guzarne waalaun ki Meeqaat hai.
Taif waale, Qaseem ke ilaqa waale,
Riyadh waale, Damaam waale, Khobar waale, Jobail waale, Ahsa aur Qateef waale,
sab yahin se Ehraam baandhain ge.
Ehraam baandhne ka tariqa:
Un paanch Mawaqeet mein se jo aap
ki qareebi Meeqaat hai wahan pahunch kar ghus’l karain, Aazaye badan(jism) par
khushboo lagayain ( Ehraam ki chadar par nahi ) aur safaid-wa-saaf suthri do beghair
sili hui chaadar pehan lein aur zabaan se kahin" لبیك عمرة ". Ab aap Ehraam mein
daakhil ho gaye.
Aurtain ghus’l kar ke apna lebaas
badal lain, jo pahanna chahain, taaham Dastaana aur Naqaab nah istemaal karain,
Abaya ke sath ek badi odhni istemaal karain jis se chehra aur haath bhi dhak
sakain aur phir zabaan se kahin " لبیك عمرة ". Ab aap aurtain bhi Ehraam mein daakhil ho gayein.
Jin ke liye Meeqaat par ghusl
karna aur Ehraam ki chaadar pahanna kisi sabab mushkil hai, wah apne ghar se
ghus’l kar ke Ehraam ki chaadar pahan kar Meeqaat se guzarte waqt zabaan se niyyat
kar lain, yani “labbaik Umrah” kah lain, Ehram mein daakhil ho jayain ge. Aur
isi tarah jo log kisi doosre mulk ya doosre shahar se ba-zaria flight ( jahaaz
) Umrah ke liye aa rahe hain, wah apne ghar mein hi ghus’l kar ke Ehraam ki
chaadar laga lain aur jab aap ki flight ( jahaaz ) Meeqaat ke qareeb aaye to
apni zabaan se" لبیك عمرة" kahein.
Ehram se qab’l ghair zaroori balaun
ki safai aur naakhun kaatna zaroori nahi hai, zaroorat ho to un ki safai karain
aur ghus’l karna bhi zaroori nahi hai Masnoon hai, Koi Uzar ho to ghus’l chhor
sakte hain.
Ehraam ki koi makhsoos Namaz nahi hai, taham
aap ne ghus’l kia hai aur Wozu bhi kia hai to Wozu ki do Rak'at Sunnat usi
jagah aur usi waqt ada kar lain.
Ehraam baandh lainay ke baad
mamnoo'at ehraam se bachte rahen ge aur meeqaat se le kar Makah pounchanay tak
buland aawaz se talbiah pukarte rahen ge, Aurtain aahista Talbiah pukaarain. Talbiah
ke alfaaz is tarah hain:
“لَبَّيْكَ اللَّهُمَّ لَبَّيْكَ، لَبَّيْكَ لَا
شَرِيكَ لَكَ لَبَّيْكَ، إِنَّ الْحَمْدَ وَالنِّعْمَةَ لَكَ وَالْمُلْكَ، لَا
شَرِيكَ لَكَ”
( Haazir hoon aey Allah ! haazir
hoon mein, tera koi shareek nahi, haazir hoon, tamaam hamd tere hi liye hai aur
tamaam nematain teri hi taraf se hain, badshaahat teri hi hai, tera koi shareek
nahi )
Umrah ka iradah karne waali kisi
aurat ko Meeqaat par, ya is se qab’l haiz-wa-nefaas aa jaye to wah bhi ghus’l
kar ke Ehraam baandh sakti hai aur pak hone tak Ehraam mein baqi rahe gi. Jab
paak ho jaye to ghus’l kar ke Umrah kare gi, Use Meeqaat par jaane aur dobarah Ehraam
baandhne ki zaroorat nahi hai, kiyaunki wah pahle se hi Ehraam ki haalat mein
hai aur haalate haiz-wa-nefaas mein Zik’r-wa-Dua mamnoo' nahi hai, lehaza
Talbiah pukarne aur Zikar-wa-Dua karne
mein koi harj nahi hai.
Jis mard yaa aurat ko kisi qis’m
ka khadsha aur adaa’egiye Umrah mein koi rukaawat mahsoos ho to wah Ehram
baandhte waqat yah shart laga le :
“إِنْ
حَبَسِنِيْ حَابِسٌ فَمَحَلِّيْ حَيْثُ حَبَسْتَنِيْ"
( Agar mujhe koi rokne waala rok
de, to mere Ehraam kholne ki jagah wahi hogi jahan tu mujhe rok dega )
Baaz aurtain haiz rokne ke liye
goli khaati hain, Is mein koi harj nahi hai lekin behtar hai, keh mazkoorah
shart laga le kiyaunki goli khaane se basa auqaat nuqsaan ho taa hai aur haiz
mein kharaabi paida ho jaati hai.
Is shart ke lagaane ka faida yeh
hoga, keh Ehraam baandhne ke baad, aage Umrah ki adaa’egi mein koi rukaawat
aajaye gi to Umrah karne waale mard yaa aurat Ehraam khol kar Halaal ho jayainge,
Is par nah koi Fidya hoga, nah Umrah mukammal karna zaroori hoga, nah Umrah ki
qaza karna hoga aur nah hi baal katana hoga.
Umrah ka doosra kaam: Baitullah
ka Tawaaf karna
Raasta bhar Talbiah pukaarte Ehraam
ki haalat mein, hum Makkah Mokarrmah pahunch gaye, Ab Talbiah band kar dena hai
aur Baitullah mein daakhil ho kar Umrah ka doosra kaam yaani Tawaaf karna shuru
kar dena hai. Agar us waqat koi Farz Namaz ho rahi ho to, aap Farz Namaz adaa
kar lain, lekin agar Namaz ka waqat nah ho ya Namaz mein abhi waqat ho to aap fauran
Tawaaf shuru kar dain ge.
Yahan yeh baat jaan lain ke, Tawaaf
ke liye Wozu zaroori hai, Wozu toot jaye to phir se Wozu karna hoga aur Wozu ke
baad wahein Tawaaf shuru karain jahan se chhore the aur Wozu se pahlay waala
chakkar bhi shumaar karain ge.
Tawaaf ka tariqa kiya hai?
Aap upar waali chadar ko iz’tebaa
ki shak’l mein kar lain, yani daayan kandha(Right Shoulder) khol lain aur
chaadar ke daayen sire ko daayen haath ke baghal se nikaal kar baayen kandhay
par daal lain, Is tarah daayaan kandha khula aur baayaan kandha dhaka hoga. Phir
Hajr-e-Aswad ke paas aa jayain aur yahan se Tawaaf shuru karain. Tawaaf shuru
karte waqat, Hajr-e-Aswad ki taraf daayan haath utha kar ishaarah karain aur
zabaan se ek martaba "بسم الله الله اكبر" kahain.
Aurtain bhi isi tarah Hajr-e-Aswad
ke paas daayan haath utha kar zabaan se aahista" بسم الله الله اكبر" kahain.
Umrah ka tariqa aur Masail
Hajar-e-Aswad se le ke Hajr-e-Aswad
tak ek chakkar hota hai aur hamein is tarah saat(7) chakkar poora karna hai, Har
chakkar mein hajr-e-Aswad ke paas daayan haath utha kar "بسم الله الله
اكبر" kahna
hai aur Hajr-e-Aswad se pahlay waala konah jisay Ruk’ne Yamani kahte hain, Us
ko har chakkar mein chhoo sakain ( istelaam kar sakain ) to theek hai aur nah
chhoo sakain to koi baat nahi hai, taham is Ruk’ne Yamani se le kar Hajr-e-Aswad tak yeh Dua baar baar padhain :
رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي
الآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ
( Aey hamaare Rab! hamein duniya
aur aakhirat mein khair-wa-bhalai ataa farma aur hamein aag ke Azaab se najaat
ataa farma )
Baqiya jag’haun par koi bhi Dua, Zik’r
aur Tilaawat karte rahain aur yaad rahe keh har chakkar ki alag alag makhsoos Dua
jo awaam mein mashhoor hai wah kisi Hadees se saabit nahi hai. Neez Tawaaf wa
Saee ke dauraan Masnoon Duaon ke ilawa apni zabaan mein bhi Dua kar sakte hain.
Saat chakkar Tawaaf mukammal
karne ke baad Maqam-e-Ibrahim ke paas ya Haram Shareef mein jahan jagah mile
wahan Tawaaf ki doganah adaa karain.
Namaz shuru karne se pahlay mard
hazraat daayan kandha dhak lain, jo Tawaaf mein khol rakhe the kiyaunki kandha
dhakna Namaz ki sharaa’et mein se hai. Sayyadona Abu-Horairah رضى الله عنه se Riwaayat hai ki Rasoolullah
ﷺ ne farmaya:
Tum mein se koi ek kapre mein is
tarah Namaz nah padhe keh, us ke kandhe par kuchh nah ho. ( Sahih Muslim: 516 )
Phir Do(2) Rak-at is tarah padhain:
Pahli Rak-at mein Alhamdu Lillah ke baad
كل
يا ایھا الکافرون ki Tilaawat karain aur
doosri Rak-at mein Alhamdu Lillah ke baad قل هو الله احد padhain.
Umrah ka teesara kaam : Safa-wa-Marwah
ki Sa'ee karna
Tawaaf aur do Rak'at Namaz padhne
ke baad Safa pahaad par jaayein aur Kaa'ba ki taraf chehra kar ke pahle yeh Aayat
Tilaawat karain:
إِنَّ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةَ مِن شَعَآئِرِ اللّهِ [البقرة:158]
Phir teen martaba الله اكبر kah kar teen martaba yah Dua
padhain:
"لا إِلَهَ إِلَّا
اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ يُحْيِي
وَيُمِيتُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلّ شَيْن قَدِيرٌ، لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ
لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ أَنْجَزَ وَعْدَهُ وَنَصَرَ عَبْدَهُ وَهَزَمَ الْأَحْزَابَ
وَحْدَهُ"
( Allah Ta'aalaa ke siwa koi Ma'bood
nahi, wah yaktaa hai. us ka koi shareek nahi, Iqtedaar usi ka haq hai, hamd-wa-shukar
ka wahi mustahiq hai aur wah har cheez par poori tarah Qaadir hai. Allah ke
siwa koi Ma'bood nahi, wah yaktaa hai is ne apna wada poora kar dekhaya aur
apne bande ki madad ki aur us ne tanha tamaam Kafir gorohaun ko shikast di ).
Phir haath utha kar jo chahain
Allah se Dua karain, Dua mein Kaa'ba ki taraf hi chehra rakhain.
Safa pahaad se utar kar Marwah ki
taraf omumi chaal mein chalain aur chup nah rahain Tawaaf ki tarah yahan bhi Zikar-wa-Dua aur Tilaawat waghairah padhte rahain, Hari
batii ke darmiyan mardaun ko chahiye keh wah daur lagayain aur har
Chakkar mein lagayain, lekin
aurtain aam chaal chalain aur boodha, bimaar, kamzor yaa ma’zoor jo daur nah
sake wah bhi aam chaal chale.
Marwah par pahunch kar Qibla rukh
ho kar wahi mazkoorah Dua (لاالہ الااللہ وحدہ
۔۔۔۔۔الخ) teen baar padhe aur phir haath utha kar jo chahain Dua karain.
Safa se Marwah ek chakkar aur Marwah se Safa
doosra chakkar hota hai, is tarah saat chakkar poore karne hain.
Sa'ee ke saat chakkaraun ki alag
alag makhsoos Dua nahi hai, Safa aur Marwah par wahi Dua hai jo upar bataaya
hoon, jise saat(7) chakkar tak padhna hai, Safa-wa-Marwah ke darmiyan koi Dua
aur koi bhi Zik’r kar satke hain, Logaun mein mashhoor hai keh Sa'ee ke saatwein
chakkar mein Marwah par Dua nahi karain ge ( yeh Sheikh Ibne Osaimeen ki raye
hai ), Is ki koi khaas Daleel nahi hai is liye saatwein chakkar mein bhi Dua ki
jaye.
Sa'ee ke liye Wozu shart nahi
hai, agar Sa’ee ke dauraan Wozu toot jaye to Sa'ee mukammal kar satke hain.
Doosri baat yeh hai keh Sa'ee
mein agar aap thakaan mahsoos karte hain aur kuchh der baith kar aaraam karna
chahte hain to koi harj nahi hai,
Kuchh der baith kar aaraam karlain,
Zamzam pi kar mazeed taaza dam ho jayain aur wahein se Sa'ee mukammal karen..
Umrah ka chautha aur aakhri kaam
: Halaq ya Qasr karwana
Jab aap Safa-wa-Marwah ki Sa'ee
kar lete hain to ab aap ke zimmah aakhri kaam apne sar ko mundane, yaa katana rah
jata hai, yani chahe to aap baal mundwa lain ya poore sar se baal chhota karwa
lain.
Aurtain ungli ke ek por ke
baraabar sar ka baal jama kar ke us mein se kaat lain, wah khud se bhi apna
baal kaat sakti hain aur doosre ka bhi kaat sakti hain.Aurat ne apna baal katne
se pahlay doosri aurat ka baal kaat diya to is mein bhi koi harj nahi hai. Is tarah
baal katane ke baad Umrah mukammal ho gaya.
Ab Ehraam ki chaadar utaar dain aur jo pabandi
Ehraam ki wajah se thi wah sab khatam ho gayein.
Saudi Arabia mein rahne waala
agar kisi wajah se Makkah mein baal nah kata sake to raste mein ya apne shahar
mein jaa kar baal kata sakta hai, lekin shart yeh hai keh use Ehraam mein baqi
rahna hoga, Jab apna baal kata lain phir Ehraam khol lain.
Umrah se mota’alliq mazeed chand Masail-wa-Tambihaat
( 1 ) Umrah karne waalaun mein ek
trained chalne laga hai baar baar umrah karne ka, us ki wajah yeh hai keh watan
wapas hone par fakhriya bayan kia jaata hai keh main ne itna Umrah kia?
Yaad rahe, ek safar mein ek Umrah
kaafi hai, Yahi Nabi ﷺ aur aap ke piyare as’haab ka tariqa raha hai.
Aap ﷺ Fatah
Makkah ke mauqa par unees(19) din Makkah mein thehre, aap ne baar baar Umrah
nahi kia, isi tarah Umrah Al-qaza ke mauqa se teen din Makkah mein thehre, aap
ne rozaana yaa ek din mein kayi kayi Umre nahi kiye. Koi Makkah mein hafta das
din ya kuch din theher kar Madinah chala gaya, wahan se phir Makkah aa raha hai
to yeh aik doosra Safar shumaar hoga, Is doosre Safar mein Meeqaat se doosre Umrah
ka Ehraam baandh kar Umrah kar sakta hai.
( 2 ) Maiyat ki taraf se Umrah
karna jaa’iz hai aur maiyat ki taraf se Umrah karne waale ke liye zaroori hai
keh wah pahle apna Umrah kar chuka ho.
Agar koi shakhs kisi doosre mulk
se aaya hai, us ne apna Umrah kar liya hai aur dobarah use Makkah aane ki ummeed
nahi hai aur agar apne wafaat yaafta waalid ya walidah ki taraf se Umrah karna
chahe to usi safar mein wafaat yaafta waalid ya wafaat yaafta waalidah ki taraf
se Umrah kar sakta hai, lekin dobarah aane ki ummeed ya isteta'at ho to wah is
safar se laut kar phir kabhi wafaat yaaafta waalid ya wafaat Yaafta waalidah ki
taraf se Makkah ka safar kare aur Meeqaat se Ehraam baandh kar Umrah kare.
Baaz Ulamaa ne yeh kaha hai, keh
chand dinaun ke farq ke sath ek safar mein ek se ziyadah Umrah kar satke hain,
magar jaldi jaldi aur baar baar Umrah karna bahar haal Ghalat aur Sunnat ki
khilaaf warzi hai.
Ek safar mein doosra Umrah karte
waqat Makkah mein Moqeem aafaaqi shakhs Hil jaakar, yani Hodood-e-Haram se
bahar ja kar, maslan Masjide Aysha se Ehraam baandhe ga.
Maiyat se mota'alliq Umrah ki
mazeed tafseel jan-ne ke liye mere Blog par mazmoon *"Maiyat ki taraf se Umrah
ka huk’m"* muta'la’aa karain.
( 3 )Maqrooz shakhs(Qarz Wala) ke
Umrah ki teen shaklain banti hain.
Pahli shak’l to yeh hai keh wah
maqrooz hai aur apne paise se Umrah kar raha hai, to aisi soorat mein Qarz dene
waala mohlat de raha ho, to Umrah karne mein harj nahi hai, lekin Qarz dene
waala Qarz ka motalabah kar raha ho magar use Qarz nah de kar Umrah karna
chahta ho to, us ka yeh Umrah karna sahih nahi hai wah pahlay Qarz ada kare.
Doosri shak'l yeh hai keh maqrooz shakhs ko
doosra aadmi apne paise se Umrah kara raha ho, to aisa Umrah karne mein koi
harj nahi hai.
Teesri shak’l yeh hai keh Umrah
karne ke liye paisa nah ho wah kisi se Qarz le kar Umrah karna chahta ho, to
dekha jaye ga keh wah Qarz adaa karne ki haisiyat rakhta hai ya nahi? Agar ba’aasani
Qarz adaa karne ki isteta’at rakhta ho to Qarz le Kar Umrah kar sakta hai, lekin Qarz adaa karna
dushwaar-wa-mushkil ho to Qarz le kar Umrah nah kare, Jab isteta'at ho jaaye
tab Umrah kare.
( 4 ) Bachcha bhi Umrah kar sakta
hai, us ko is Umrah ka ajr mile ga. Is ka tariqa yeh hai keh bachche ko ghus’l
karaa kar Ehraam ka libaas laga dain aur Meeqaat par jaise sab Umrah ki Niyyat
karte hain bachche ko bhi Niyyat ke alfaaz kahne ko kahain, bataur-e-khaas bachche
ka sar parast bachcha ki taraf se Ehraam ki Niyyat karle aur us ko Mamnu'aate Ehraam
se bachaaye, Ghalti se kisi Maa'ne ka irtekaab kar le to koi harj nahi hai. Makkah
pahunch kar sar parast Tawaaf wa Saee mein sath rakhe, yani apne Tawaaf wa Saee
ke sath us ko bhi Tawaaf wa Saee karwaaye, Phir us ka baal kaat de, Bachche ka Umrah
ho gaya.
( 5 ) Koi shakhs kisi kaam-wa-zaroorat
se Makkah aaya aur yahan aa kar use Umrah karne ki khwahish hui, to wah Hodood-e-Haram
se bahar jaakar maslan Masjide Aysha jaakar wahan se Ehraam baandh kar Umrah
kar sakta hai.
Aur agar koi Jeddah kisi gharz se
aaye, yahan aane ke baad Umrah ka iradah ho jaye to apni rihaa’esh se hi Ehraam
baandh kar Umrah kar sakta hai.
( 6 ) India , Pakistan , Nepal
aur kisi doosre mulk se Umrah ke irade se Jeddah aane waale aur isi tarah Saudi
Arabia ke kisi doosray shahar se Umrah ka iradah kar ke Jeddah aane waale, Agar
Jeddah aakar Ehraam baandhte hain to beghair Ehraam ke Meeqaat tajaawuz(paar)
karne ki wajah se Dam dena pade ga, is liye is baat ka khayaal rakhain aur apni
Meeqaat par hi Ehraam baandh lain, yani Umrah ki niyyat kar lain.
( 7 ) Kisi doosray mulk yaa shahar
se Ehraam baandh kar Makkah ya Jeddah aane waale thake hon aur hotel mein
aaraam karna chahte hon, yaa sona chahte hon to Ehraam mein rahte huwe, aap aaraam
kar sakte hain ya so sakte hain, Nahaana chahain to naha sakte hain, Ehraam ka kapda dhona ya badalna chahain to dho aur badal sakte
hain aur jab taaza dam ho jaayein to Haram ja kar Umrah kar lain.
Yaad rahe Mohrim mard ko sote jaagte kisi waqat
sar nahi dhakna hai, Ghalti se sar dhak jaaye to yaad aate hi khol lain.
Ghus’l mein aurat-wa-mard donaun
ko khushbu waale saboon-wa-shampoo se bachna hai aur baal nah toote is ka bhi
khayaal karna hai.
Aap khud baal gir jaye ya naakhoon
toot jaye to koi harj nahi hai aur badan mein kahin se khoon nikal aaye, to is
se nah Wozu toote ga aur nah is se koi masla paida hota hai.
( 8 ) Logaun ka yeh khayaal
ghalat hai keh haiza-wa-nofasa Ehraam nahi bandh sakti hai, Sayyeda Asma Binte
Umais رضى الله عنها Zul-Holaifa
ki Meeqaat par tawalud ki wajah se nefaas mein then, to aap ne inhain huk’m
diya:
Ghus’l karo, langot bandh lo aur Ehraam
ki niyyat kar lo ( Sahih Muslim : 1218 )
Is liye haalate haiz-wa-nefaas
mein aurat Ehraam baandh sakti hai,
Tafseel ke liye mera mazmoon
*"Haiz wali aurat ka Umrah"* mere Blog par padhain.
( 9 ) Awamun-naas mein khusoosan
aurton mein yeh baat bhi mashhoor hai keh Hajj-wa-Umrah mein aurtaun ke liye
chehre ka pardah nahi hai, Yeh ghalat baat hai, sahih baat yeh hai ki, aurtaun
ke liye chehre ka parda jaisay Hajj-wa-Umrah se pahlay tha waisay hi Hajj-wa-Umrah
ke dauraan bhi hai aur Hajj-wa-Umrah ke baad bhi rahe ga, Kabhi bhi aurat ke
liye chehre ka parda mana nahi hai.
Sahabiyat Ehraam ki haalat mein
chehre ka parda kia karti theen. Sheikh Al-Bani ne Irwa Al-Ghaleel mein ek Asar
zik’r kia hai aur is ki Sanad ko sahih kaha hai.
عن فاطمةَ بنتِ المنذرِ أنها قالت كنا نُخمِّرُ
وجوهَنا ونحن مُحرماتٌ ونحن مع أسماءَ بنتِ أبِي بكرٍ الصدِّيقِ۔(إرواء
الغليل: 4/212)
Tarjuma :
Fatima Binte Munzir se Riwaayat
hai, wah bayaan karti hain keh ham aurtain Ehraam ki haalat mein apne chehraun
ka parda kia karti theen aur ham Asma Binte Abi Bak’r ke sath hoti theen.
Ehraam mein aurtaun ke liye Naqaab-wa-Burqa
mana hai is ka yeh matlab nahi keh chehra nahi dhakna hai, Balki matlab yeh hai
keh Naqaab ke ilawah doosra kapda maslan dopatta se chehra dhakna hai.
( 10 ) Aurat ke lia Yah zaroori nahi hai, keh Umrah
karte waqat koi Mahram us ke sath ho, lekin yeh zaroori hai keh ek jagah se
doosri jagah ka safar karne ke liye aate aur aajate dono taraf koi Mahram sath
ho.
Jis aurat ne beghair Mahram ke safar kar ke Umrah
kar liya to Umrah apni jagah sahih hai lekin beghair Mahram ke safar karne ki
wajah se wah gunahgaar hogi, is ke liye use Taubah karna chahiye aur Mahram ke
sath hi Umrah ka safar karna chahiye.
( 11 ) Ehraam ki haalat mein
aurat ke liye kaan, naak, gala aur haath-wa-pair ki zeenat ko pahanne mein koi
harj nahi hai, Libaas mein Burqa-wa-Naqaab aur Dastaana pahanna mana hai, taham
pair mein Moza aur Jutaa pahanne mein harj nahi hai. Mardaun ke liye angoothi,
ghadi aur chashma lagaane mein harj nahi hai lekin chaddi, baniyan, moza aur
jutaa nahi pahanna hai, Albata bimari ki wajah se ghuthne mein pad laga ho ya
jism mein kahin patti waghairah ho to uz’r ki wajah se is mein koi masla nahi
hai.
( 12 ) Logaun mein jo yeh khayaal
mashhoor hai keh maiyat ki taraf se Umrah hota hai aur zindah ki taraf se Tawaaf
hota hai ghalat hai.
Maiyat ki taraf se Umrah waali
baat sahih hai, magar zindaun ki taraf se Tawaaf wali baat ghalat hai.
Zindah badni taur par aajiz
shakhs ( jis ki shefa yaabi ki ummeed nah ho ) ki taraf se Umrah kar satke hain
magar tandurust shakhs ki taraf se nah Tawaaf kar satke hain aur nah hi Umrah.
( 13 ) Baaz log Hajr-e-Aswad ke
paas donaun haath uthaate hain aur baaz log baar baar haath uthaate hain, phir
haathaun ko choomte hain, Yeh Amal sahih nahi hai.
Sahih Amal yeh hai ke Hajr-e-Aswad
ke paas, us ki taraf isharah kar ke sirf daayen haath utha kar بسم الله الله
اكبر kahain
ge aur haath ko nahi chumain ge.
Hajr-e-Aswad ka Bosa lena hai ya Istelaam ( chhoona )
karna hai ya phir Ishara karna hai, yani in teen mein se koi ek Amal karna hai,
jabki aaj kal omuman Ishara hi mumkin hai, is liye mein ne ishara ka hi zik’r
kia hai.
( 14 ) Barkat aur Shifa ki niyyat
se Maqaame Ibrahim, Ghilaaf ya Deewar-e-Kaa'ba chhoona jaaiz nahi hai, kiyaunki Nabi ﷺ ne is ki taleem nahi di hai.
( 15 ) Logaun ka yeh aiteqaad hai
ke Kaa'ba par pahli nazar padte waqat jo Dua ki jati hai wah qobool hoti hai, Aur
pahli nazar ki Dua bhi bayaan ki jati hai:
اللهم زد هذا البيت تشريفاً وتكريماً وتعظيماً ومهابة، وزد من شرفه وكرمه ممن
حجه أو اعتمره تشريفاً” “وتكريماً وتعظيماً وبراً
Aap ko maloom hona chahiye keh,
logaun ka mazkoorah aiteqaad bhi ghalat hai aur yeh Dua bhi Zaeef hai, is liye
is ghalat aiteqaad ka khaatama kijiye, Aur yeh Aqeedah banayiye keh Hajj-wa-Umrah
karne waala Allah ka mehman hai, us ki har Dua qobool hoti hai, Nabi ﷺ ka farmaan hai:
الْغَازِي فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ، وَالْحَاجُّ
وَالْمُعْتَمِرُ وَفْدُ اللَّهِ، دَعَاهُمْ فَأَجَابُوهُ، وَسَأَلُوهُ
فَأَعْطَاهُمْ(صحيح ابن ماجه:2357)
Tarjuma : Allah ki raah mein Jehaad
karne waala, Hajj karne waala aur Umrah karne waala, Allah Ta'alaa ka mehman
hai, Allah Ta'alaa ne un ko bulaaya to unhaun ne haazri di, aur unhaun ne Allah
Ta'alaa se manga to us ne inhain ataa kia.
( 16 ) Log Ghilaafe Kaa'ba pakar kar aur us ka
waastaa de kar Dua karna afzal samajte hain, Yeh Sahih Amal nahi hai, taham Multazim
( Kaa'ba ke darwaaza aur Hajr-e-Aswad ki darmiyani jagah ) mein Dua karna
chahain to kar satke hain.
Is jagah pay Nabi ﷺ se Dua karna kisi Sahih Hadees se saabit
nahi hai, Albatta baaz sahabaye kiraam maslan Ibne Abbas رضى الله عنه aur Urwah Bin Zubair رضى الله عنه waghairah se saabit hai.
Is liye agar koi Multazim mein Dua
karna chahe to kar sakta hai aur yahan Dua karne ke liye koi khaas waqt nahi
hai, Aap Tawaaf ke shuru mein ya aakhir mein jab sahoolat ho Dua kar lain aur
is jagah ki koi makhsoos Dua bhi nahi hai.
( 17 ) Basa auqaat Tawaaf karte
waqt shak ho jata hai keh kitna chakkar huwa, aise mein jis chakkar mein shak
ho, us ko shumaar nah karain, us se kam ko bunyaad bana kar Tawaaf mukammal karain,
maslan kisi ko shak huwa keh teen chakkar huwa ya chaar to chaar ko shumaar nah
kare, teen ko bunyaad banaye aur baqiya chakkar poora kare.
( 18 ) Yeh to aap jaan chuke hain keh Tawaaf
ya Sa'ee mein har chakkar ki alag alag makhsoos Dua saabit nahi hai, Isi tarah
yeh bhi jaan lain keh baaz log Namaz ki tarah Tawaaf aur Sa'ee ki Bid’ati Niyyat
karte hain. Tawaaf ki niyyat karte huwe kahte hain:
(اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّیْ اُرِيْدَ طَوَافَ بَيْتِکَ الْحَرَامِ
فَيَسِّرْهُ لِیْ وَتَقَبَّلْهُ مِنِّیْ سَبْعَة اَشْوَاطٍ ِﷲ تَعَالٰی عزّوجل)
Aur Sa’ee
ki niyyat karte huwe kahte hai:
(اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنِّیْ اُرِيْدُ السَّعْیَ بَيْنَ الصَّفَا
وَالْمَرْ وَة سَبْعَة اَشْوَاطِ لِّوَجْهِکَ الْکَرِيْمِ فَيَسّرْهُ لِیْ
وَتَقَبَّلْهُ مِنِّیْ)
Tawaaf wa Saee ke liye aisi niyyat
karna Hadees se saabit nahi hai, Yeh Bid’ati Amal hai, is se baz raha jaye.
( 19 ) Iztebaa sirf Tawaaf mein
hai, is liye Sa'ee karte waqt Iztebaa nahi karna hai, lekin bahut saare logaun
ko Sa'ee mein bhi Iztebaa karte hue dekha jata hai, ho sake to aap aise logaun
ko sahih baat batain.
( 20 ) Taaqat rakhne waalaun ko
chahiye keh apne qadmaun se chal kar Umrah ke Arkaan-wa-Waajibat poora karain,
lekin agar uz’r ki wajah se waheelchair ( sawaari ) par Tawaaf ya Sa'ee karne
ki zaroorat ho, to aap sawaari ka istemaal kar sakte hain.
( 21 ) Umrah mein baal ke ta’alluq
se logaun mein mukhtalif qism ki ghaltiyan paayi jaati hain.
Is silsilay mein pahli baat yeh
hai keh kitnay saare log yeh samajhte hain, keh Umrah mein baal kataaye ya nah
kataaye koi masla nahi hai, yahi wajah hai keh logaun ki ek badi tadaad jin
mein aurtain bhi hain, Umrah ke saare kaam kar ke baal kataaye beghair Ehraam
khol dete hain aur wapas ghar aa jaate hain.
Doosri baat yeh hai keh bahut saare log Umrah
mein baal kataate waqt sar mein kahin kahin se chand baal kaat kar Ehraam khol
lete hain.
Teesri baat yeh hai keh logaun
mein yeh khayaal bhi aam hai keh, pahli baar Umrah karne par baal mundwana
zaroori hai aur is ke baad baal mundwana zaroori nahi hai.
Inhi bataun ki wajah se shuru
mein Umrah ke Arkaan, Waajibaat aur Sonan ka zik’r kia hun, taakeh aap ke liye Umrah
ke Masail samjhna aasaan rahe.
Umrah mein Halaq ( baal mundwana
) ya Qasr ( chhota karna ) karwana Wajib hai,
Jo is Wajib ko tark karta hai, to
is ke zimmah Makkah mein ek bakri zabah karna Wajib hai.
Jo log kahin kahin se sar se
chand baal kaat lete hain, us ne bhi ek Wajib tark kia aur jis ne baal kataaya
hi nahi, wah to Wajib ka tarik hai hi, un donaun admion ke zimmah Dam dena hai.
Agar koi ghalti se baal katwaane
se pahlay hi Ehraam ka libaas utaar de, phir kuch der baad yaad aaye keh ghalti
ho gayi, to wah dobarah Ehraam ka libaas laga le aur phir baal kataaye, is mein
koi Dam ya Fidya nahi hai.
Umrah pahla ho ya doosra, teesar,
baal mundwana Afzal hai, lekin aap baal kataate hain to yeh Amal bhi Jaaiz hai,
is mein bhi koi harj nahi hai, taham is baat ka khayaal rakhain keh poore sar
se baal chhota karna hai, kahin kahin se nahi.
Isi tarah aurtain bhi poore sar
ke baal ko ek jagah jama kare, is mein se ungli ke ek por ke barabar baal kaat
le.
( 22 ) Umrah ke chaar kaam hain, un
ko mukammal taur par anjaam dene ke baad aap ka Umrah poora ho jata hai, lekin baaz log yeh khayaal karte
hain keh Umrah kar ke Madinah nahi gaye to Umrah nahi hoga, Yeh khayaal ghalat
hai.
Umrah ka Madinah jaane se ta’alluq
nahi hai, Umrah ek alag ibaadat hai aur Masjide Nabawi ki Ziyarat ek alag Amal hai.
Aap ne Umrah ka kaam mukammal kar
liya hai, to aap ka Umrah ho gaya, Madinah jaana aap ke liye zaroori nahi hai,
haan aap Masjide Nabawi ki Ziyaarat karna chahte hain, to yeh bhi Neki ka kaam
hai, magar is ka Umrah se ta'alluq nahi hai.
( 23 ) Umrah karne ke baad aap ke
paas mazeed ayyaam(days) hain, jo Makkah mein guzaarna chahte hain, to un ayyaam
se faida uthaate huwe panj(5) waqta Namazain Haram mein padhain, wahan Tilaawat,
Zik’r-wa-Dua ka kasrat se ehtemaam karain aur Nafli Tawaaf ( sath me Tawaaf ki
do Rak’at bhi) adaa karain.
Baaz log apne hotel mein rahte huwe
Imame Haram ki iqtedaa mein Namaz padhte hain, Yeh sahih nahi hai.
Kisi bhi Masjid ke Imam ki iqtedaa
Masjid mein ki jaye gi, is tarah keh safain Imam se mut-tasil hon, Masjid se
bahar apne gharaun mein Imam ki iqtedaa sahih nahi hai.
( 24 ) Hodood-e-Haram mein jitni Masajid
hain un mein Namaz padhna ek laakh Namaz ke barabar hai, hatta keh aurtain hodood-e-Haram
mein apni rihaa’esh par bhi Namaz padhain gi, to ek laakh ajr mile ga, lekin
yaad rahe keh Baitullah mein jaa kar Imam-e-Haram ke peechhe Namaz padhna Afzal
hai.
( 25 ) Agar koi kisi jagah ka
safar kare aur wahan chaar din se ziyada theharne ka iradah ho, to wah us jagah
pahunch kar pahle din se Moqeem ke hukm mein hai,
wah mukammal Namaz parhay ga, lekin
agar chaar din ya is se kam kisi jagah theharne ka iradah ho to, wah Musaafir
ke hukm mein hai, apni Namaz Qasr ke sath adaa kare ga aur Musaafir agar Moqeem
ki iqtedaa mein Namaz padhe ga to Moqeem ki tarah mukammal Namaz padhe ga.
( 26 ) Baaz log jab Makkah se wapas jaate hain,
to kafan ko Zamzam se dho kar le jatay hain, yeh Bid’ati Amal hai aur is se
maiyat ko koi faida nahi pahunche ga.
Maiyat ko us ka apna Amal faida pahunchaye
ga, lehaza kisi Musalman bhai ya bahan ko Zamzam se kafan dho kar nahi le jaana
chahiye, agar kisi ko aisa karte huwe aap dekhte hain to use mana karain.
( 27 ) Jab aap apne sath Zamzam
ka pani le jaate hain, to Ghair Muslim bhi maangne aate hain, aap Ghair Muslim
ko Zamzam ka pani de satke hain.
Zamzam kam ho, to us mein aam pani mila kar
logaun ko de satke hain aur kisi mareez ko shifaa yaabi ke liye pila sakte hain.
Zamzam bhi ek qism ka pani hai use baith kar
piyein, is ke peene ki koi makhsoos Dua saabit nahi hai aur jo Dua awaam mein
mashhoor hai
(اللَّهمَّ
انِّي أسألُكَ عِلمًا نافعًا ورزقًا واسعًا وشفاءً من كلِّ داءٍ)
yeh Zaeef hai.
( 28 ) Baaz log Rajab mein Umrah
karne ko Afzal samajhte hain, yeh logaun ki jehaalat hai, is baat ki koi daleel
nahi hai, aap kabhi bhi Umrah kar sakte hain,
Rajab ki takhsees sahih nahi hai,
Albata Ramzanul Mubarak mein Umrah karna Afzal hai, ( Rasoolulla ﷺ ke sath Hajj karne jaisa Ajr
hai ), is liye mauqa mile to Ramzan mein Umrah karain, warna kabhi bhi Umrah
kar satke hain.
Aap ko kaise maloom hoga ke aap
ka Umrah qobool huwa keh nahi?
Aap ka Imaan-wa-Aqeedah sahih ho
( yani aap deendar hain aur Shirk-wa-Bid’at karne waalon mein se nahi hain ), Aap
ne kisi ki haq talfi nah ki ho, Aapne Halaal paisay se Allah ke ghar ka safar
kia ho, Aap ne Ikhlaas ke sath Allah ki raza ke liye Umrah kia ho ( is Umrah
mein logaun ke liye dikhawa, duniya talabi aur shohrat nah ho ), Aap ne Sunnat
ke mutaabiq, jaisay upar bayaan kia gaya hai, Umrah kia ho, to apne Rab par
yaqeen rakhiye keh wah aap ka Umrah qobool kar liya hai, lekin agar in baataun
mein kahin aap se ghalti huwi hai, to us ki islaah kar ke phir se kaamil taur
par Umrah karain, be-shak Allah qobool kere ga.
Aaj kal log Umrah par nikalne se
qabl Umrah ka par-chaar karte hain, dawat pay dawat khatay hain, ghoom ghoom
kar sab se mulaqaat karte hain,logaun se rasman maafi par maafi maangte hain, Umrah
par jaatay waqt mulaqaation ka bada hojoom laga rahta hai, jo phool-maalaa pahna
pahna kar rukhsat karta hai.
Wapsi par isi tarah qataaraun
mein khade log, maalaa liye istiqbaal mein haazir rahte hain. Kia is tarah ka Amal-wa-Namuna
ahade Rasool aur Aslaaf ki seerat mein milta hai?
Umrah ek azeemush-shaan ibaadat
hai, is ka taqaaza hai keh beghair hangaama kiye chup chaap, Allah ki Raza ke
liye Umrah karain, taaki Allah hamaari ibaadat qobool kare.
Kia aap ko sahih muslim ( 1905 )
ki wah Hadees yaad nahi hai, jis mein mazkoor hai keh shohrat ki wajah se Jihaad
karne waale, Ilm haasil karne waale aur Maal kharch karne waale ko Jahannam
mein ghaseet kar pheink diya jaaye ga.
To jo shohrat ke liye Umrah kare
ga, us ka bhi yehi hashr(anjam) hoga, usay bhi ghaseet kar jahannam mein pheinka
jaaye ga, is liye hamein Umrah ki anjaam dehi mein aise rasm-wa-rewaaj aur
aamaal se bachna chahiye jo shohrat ke qabeel se hon aur ibaadat ke ikhlaas ko
khatm karne waale hon.
